It should be noted that <br />the last paragraph states that Ramsey's officials want the <br />second connection prior to 1985. <br /> <br />The above letter is provided as additional information only. <br /> <br />RIVER BRIDGE CROSSING: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-g) contains Consulting Engineer Diversified's <br />run down on the Rum River Bridge Crossing. Now, in checking <br />out this bridge crossing, I find that Consulting Engineers <br />Diversified didn't drop their feet on this project. However, <br />they (CED) indicate the County has delayed it some in their <br />decision making process. <br /> <br />In checking this out with Mr. Petrich~of the Minnesota Highway <br />Department, we find that the Environmental Assessment has run <br />into some problems at the Federal level. Consequently, it is <br />beir~ returned for reevaluation at the State level. <br /> <br />The Connty claims they didn't know whtere this thing is at <br />and that only because they don't want to check it out. <br /> <br />LEAGUE REGIONAL CONFERENCE: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-h) is furnished foryour information.
