Enclosures (D3-ee and (D3-eee) are <br />copies of the City of Blaine's Development Contracts as they <br />use this method of financing. <br /> <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION REQUEST TO CHANGE MEETING DATE: <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended to the Council <br />that they be authorized to change their meeting dates from the <br />first Monday to the first Tuesday of the month for the reason <br />they have stated in enclosure (D3-f). According to City Code <br />Chapter 10.02 they can establish their meeting dates the ordi- <br />nance states they just have to meet at least once a month. <br /> <br />Council Action: No action is actually required but Council <br />shotuld note their request in the minutes. <br /> <br />REPORT ON CITY OF RAMSEY PRELIMINARY SITE SELECTION FOR TB~ <br />ALTERNATIVE SITE STUDY PHASE #1~ <br /> <br />Exhibit #1 is forwarded to you for your review and action. <br />Copies have been sent to the following agencies: <br /> <br />a) Minnesota Department of Aeronautics <br />b) Metropolitan Council <br /> c) ~@. It should be <br />noted that we will be under levy limits in 1982.
