July 23, 1980 <br /> <br />Mr. Lawrence Seiberlich <br />Seiberlich Whipkey & Associates <br />1339 North Pascal <br />St. Paul, Minnesota 55108 <br /> <br />RE: Ramsey City Hall <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Seiberlich: <br /> <br />The City Council at their regular meeting of July 22, 1980, reviewed <br />your working drawings dated July 15, 1980 for the completion of the <br />lower level of our City Hall and approved them with the corrections <br />as I have noted on the enclosed plans. However, to ensure I have not <br />missed anything in n~¢ brief review, I would like to meet with you at <br />your convenience sometime next week to go over the plans. <br /> <br />Further, Council action authorized your proceeding with the electrical <br />and mechanical plans as per your letter of May 9, 1980.
