Reports City of Ramsey

Dear Mr. Armstrong:

We have received yo~tr computer analysis of o~r existing building energy
reports and submit the following for those sections where errors in
data are indicated.

12) A brief check of our building plans indicate that no
error exists. Although our average sto~y height on
most sections of the building is ten (lO)~'feet, we have
two areas with ceiling heights of approximately twenty
(20) feet. All areas were calculated separately in
determining the building volume.

24) The thermostat settings as indicated are correct for
occupied hours. However, as the building is occupied for
a minimum of twenty (20) hours per day the thermostat
settings are not changed as they would have to be indi-
vidually reset and there are approximately fifteen (15)
separate thermostats.

31) The building has only one air conditioning unit which is
central in nature and located outside the building. The
other cooling system which you have referred to is merely
make up air or fresh air intake which does cool the build-
ing interior at such times as the outside temperature is
low enough so air conditioning is not required.

42) Again as with item #12, a review of our building plans
wottld indicate that no error has besnmade. The E.B.E.R.
indicates the building to have two stories, which is
correct. However, portions of the building do not have
a story below grade.
