CASE #7: <br /> <br />CASE #8: <br /> <br />CASE #9: <br /> <br />LEAGUE REGIONAL CONFERENCE: <br /> <br />Please refer to your Council agenda dated August 26, 1980, <br />under Council New Business D-3 case #11. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action is to note that you have been <br />informed of the regional meeting and how many members do want <br />to attend it. <br /> <br />LICENSES FOR APPROVAL: <br /> <br />Please refer to your Council agenda dated August 26, 1980 <br />under Council New Business D-3 case #12. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove <br />the licenses indicated above. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO SECTION 170.038C PARAGRAPH (7) OF CHAPTER 170.03 <br /> <br />OF TH~ CITY CODE: <br /> <br />Council at their July 22, 1980 regular meeting requested that <br />City Staff prepare language to amend the above stated section <br />of the City Code. <br /> <br />Accordingly, the City Staff submits the following proposed <br />amendment to you for your review and action: <br /> <br />"Amendment to Section 170.038C Paragraph (7) of Chapter 170.03 <br />City Code. No more.than ten (10) dwelling units shall be con- <br />structed on any dead end or cul de sac street where there are <br />less than two separate means of ingress/egress. In addition <br />no street extension or cul de sac shall be constructed on <br />existing dead end streets or cul de sacs to create over ten <br />(10) dwellings on a street without more than one access." <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove <br />or amend the above proposed change. I have also enclosed <br />an excerpt from the present City Code as enclosure (D2-c). <br /> <br /> <br />
