11) In the past the City Council has not required emergency accesses <br />to provide for the public welfare and safety of the residents. <br /> <br />12) That the responsibility for the five unit assessments for the im- <br />provement of Germanium Street had been resolved between the property <br />owners and if the remaining land not included in this plat is not ade- <br />quate to be subdivided into three units the proposed plat should be <br />assessed three units. Also all assessments should be paid prior to <br />any subdivision of the property because the assessments follow the <br />land regardless of how the land is subdivided. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact were duly <br />seconded by Councilman Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann <br /> <br />whereupon said findings of fact were duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 22nd day of July, 1980. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
