Each cul-de-sac shall have <br />a terminus of nearly circular shape with a minimum right-of-way diameter <br />of one hundred thirty (130) feet and a minimum roadway dia~cter of <br />one Imndred (]00) feet. <br /> <br /> 8. In those instances where a subdivision abuts or contains <br />an existing or planned thoroughfare or a railroad right-of-way, the <br />planning commission may require a servJce street approximately parallel <br />to and on each side of such right-of-way. <br /> <br /> 9. Half streets shall be prohibited except where essential <br />to the reasonable development of the subdivision in conformity with the <br />requirements of this chapter. <br /> <br /> 10. Easements at least ten (10) feet wide on front lines and <br />twenty (20) feet wide centered on rear or side lot lines shall be pro- <br />v$ded for utilities where necessary. Utility easements shall have <br />continuity of alignment from block to block and lot to lot. Easements <br />may be required along ]ct lines to right-of-ways so as to provide for <br />street lighting. <br /> <br /> 2. Where a subdivision is traversed by a water course, drain- <br />age way or stream, a drainage easement conforming substantially with <br />the ].ines of such water course shall be provided, together with such <br />further width or construction, or both, as shall be adequate for storm <br />water drainage of the area. <br /> <br />170.038E 1DTS <br /> <br /> 1.
