170. 074 DISTRICT ~PPLICATION <br /> <br />170.074.1 The Sce.mic River Land Use District of the Rum River, within <br /> the City of Re~msey, is hereby divided into two areas, ~n <br /> accordance wdth the Rum River ~Y~m~a~ement Plan (6 ~v~CAR ~ 1.2700 - <br /> 1.2720): The portion of the Scenic River Land Use District <br /> located within the 1990 Urban Area as defined and located in <br /> Chapter 170.01 of the City Code shall be classified as <br /> Urban Area; and th~ re~m_ainder of the Scenic River Land Use <br /> District within the City of Rmmsey shall be classified as a <br /> Rural Area. <br /> <br />170.074.2 The Scenic River Land Use District shall be shov~ on the <br /> Official Zon~_ng ~.~p, as shall the urban and rural area portions <br /> of the District contained therein. <br /> <br />170.074.3 The provisions of ~.f~nnesota Regulations NR 78-84 shall apply <br /> within the Scenic River Land Use District, as specified in <br /> the Rum River Ma_nagement Plan. ¥~_~ere the provisions of this <br /> ordinance or a~y other ordinance of the City of Ramsey are in <br /> conflict with the ~na~ement Plan for the Rum River, the pro- <br /> visions of the Rtur~ River Management Plan shall apply. Copies <br /> of ~.~innesota Regulations NR 78-84 and the Management Plan for <br /> the Rum River shall be kept on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br />170.05 USES <br /> <br />170.075.1 Urban Area. The Urban Area of the Scenic River Land Use Dis- <br /> trict is hereby designated the Urban Area Overlay District. <br /> <br />170.075.11 Permitted Uses are all permitted uses allowed a~nd reg~a- <br /> lated by the applicable zoning district ~underlying the <br /> Urban Area Overlay District, as indicated on the Official <br /> Zoning Map of Ramsey, ~.~[in_uesota, except that public roads, <br /> utility crossings, and all private and co,mercia! recreation <br /> uses shall be Conditional Uses. <br /> <br />170.075.12 Conditional Uses are all Conditional Uses and applicable <br /> attached conditions allowed a_nd regulated by the applic- <br /> able zoning district underly~ing the Urban ~ea Overlay <br /> District, as indicated on the Official Zoning ~ap of <br /> Ramsey, Ltimnesota. <br /> <br /> <br />
