Ali utility transmission cross- <br /> ings of land within the Scenic River Lmnd Use District <br /> designated by this ordinance shall require a conditional use <br /> permit. The construction of such transmission services shall <br /> be subject to the standards amd criteria of ~.~nnesota Regu- <br /> lations NR 79(i) (2). No conditional use peri--it shall be <br /> required for high voltage transmission lines mnder control <br /> of the Environmental Quality Council pursuant to ~'Y/D_nesota <br /> Statutes, Section 116 C 61. <br /> <br /> P~plic Roads. In addition to such permits as may be required <br /> by ~n~esota Statutes Section 105.42, a conditional use per- <br /> mit shall be required for amj construction or reconstruction <br /> of new public roads within the Scenic River Lmnd Use District <br /> of this Ordinance.
