required for m~nor public streets which are streets intended <br />to serve primarily as an access to abutting properties. <br />Public roads include tov~nship, county, amd municipal roads <br />smd highways which serve or are designed to serve flows of <br />traffic between communities or other traffic generating <br />areas. <br />170. 0711 _~,~.J~NISTP~TION <br /> <br />17G.0711. ! 0rgamization Provisions <br /> <br />170.0711.11 The provisions of this ordinance shall be administered by <br /> <br /> the R~msey Zoning Authority. <br /> <br />170.G711.12 The Board of Adjustment of Rmmsey shall act upon all ques- <br /> tions as they arise in the administration of th~s ordins_nce; <br /> to hear amd decide appeals; and to review any order, require- <br /> ments, decisions or determination made by the Zoning Authority~ <br /> who is charged with enforcing this ordinance as provided by <br /> Mi_~mesota Statutes. <br /> <br />170.01]_.13 Per-mit Fees and inspection fees as may be established by <br /> resolution of Ramsey shall be collected by the Zoning <br /> Authority for deposit with Ramsey and credited to the <br /> appropriate general fund. <br /> <br />170.011.2 Substandard Lots~ Nonconforming Uses, and Substandard Uses <br />170.011.21 Substandard Lots <br /> <br /> (1) Lots of record in the office of the County Recorder on <br /> the effective day of enactment of this ordinance which <br /> do not meet the dimensional requirements of this ordi- <br /> nance shall be allowed as· building sites, provided: <br /> such use is permitted in the la_nd use district; the lot <br /> was in separate ownership from abutting lands on the <br /> date of enactment of this ordinance; and all sanitary <br /> mud dimensional requirements are complied with to the <br /> greatest extent practicable. <br /> <br /> (2) If in a group of two or more contiguous lots under <br /> single ownership any individual lot does not meet the <br /> lot width requirements of the local ordinance, such <br /> individual lot cannot be considered as a separate parcel <br /> <br /> <br />
