Our zoning along <br />the river in the tramsitional and ~rural service area is two and <br />one-half (2½) acres and Urban Area one (1) acre. The Wild and <br />Scenic River regulations require the following: <br /> <br />a) Urban Area unsewered 40,000 square feet lot width - 150 feet <br /> <br />b) Urban Area sewered~ square feet lot width- 75 feet <br /> Reparian lot <br /> /~.~o~ <br />c) Urban Area sewered~K~9 square feet lot width - 75 feet <br /> Non reparian lot <br /> <br />d) Rural'Area lot size above ordinary high water level - 4 <br /> acres <br /> <br />Lot width at ordinary high water level - 250 feet <br /> <br />Consequently, as you can see there is a conflict between our <br />zoning requirements and the Wild and Scenic River regulations. <br /> <br />Recommendation: I recommend that Council table action until you <br />have had time to review this ordinance before you adopt it. <br /> <br /> <br />
