Their opinion has not changed on the changing of this ordinance. The minutes for the September 2, 1980 Planning and Zoning meeting have not been typed as of this date. We did not publish a public hearing notice on this as Council stated they just wanted to hear citizens comments on this issue. CASE #3: COUNTRYSIDE ESTATES STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #80-15: Enclosure (D2-h) contains the following information: a) Notice of public hearing b) Estimated cost of project and map shoving project area c) List of properties and owners d) Petition for blacktopping e) Petition for Class V Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove the project. If you approve the project, you will have to adopt a resolution Ordering Improvement and Preparation of Plans and Specifications. It should be noted there are a total of 109 units and approxi- mately 48 homes. There were the two petitions - one for Class V and one for tarvia surfacing. The number of signatures for Class V was 36 which represents 33% of the units and 75% of the homes. The number of signatures for tarvia surfacing was 28 which represents 26% of the units and 58% of the homes.
