170. 0711.62 <br /> <br />170. 071_1.7 <br /> <br />170. 0711.71 <br /> <br />1_70. 0711.72 <br /> <br />Conditional use pemT~its relating to priYe or commercial <br />recreational development must be certified in accordance <br />with Section 170.0711.7 of thls ordinance. <br />Certifi cation <br /> <br />Certain land use decisions which directly affect the use of <br />land within the Scenic River Land Use District and involve <br />stay of the following actions must be certified by the <br />commissioner as specified in Section 170.0711.72. <br /> <br />(1) Adopting or amendiD~ a_n ordinance regulating the use <br /> of ]and including rezoning of particular tracts of <br /> the land. <br /> <br />(2) Granting a variance from a provision of this ordinance <br /> which relates to the zoning dimension provision of <br /> Section 170.076 of this ordinance a_nd any other zoning <br /> dimension provisions established in the ~anagement Plan <br /> for the R'am River. <br /> <br />(3) Appro%~ing a plat which is inconsistent with the local <br /> land use ordinance. <br /> <br />(~) Granting a conditional use permit for a private or <br /> commercial recreational development. <br /> <br />Certification Process <br /> <br />(1) A copy of all notices of any public hearings, or where <br /> a public hearing is not required, a copy of the appli- <br /> cation to consider zoning amendments, variances, or in- <br /> consistent plats t~nder local ordinance, conditional use <br /> permits and proposed recreational plans shall be sent so <br /> as to be received by the commissioner at least tkirty <br /> (30) days prior to such hearings or meetings to consider <br /> such actions. The notice of application shall include <br /> a copy of the proposed ordinances or 8_men~ment, or a <br /> copy of the proposed inconsistent plat, or a description <br /> of the requested variance, or a copy of the conditional <br /> use permit application, where applicable. <br /> <br />(2) Ramsey shall notify the comm~issioner of its final <br /> decision on the proposed action within ten (10) days <br /> of the decision. <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br /> <br />
