~70.0711.62 Conditional use permits relating to private or commercial recreational development must be certified in accordance ~th Section 170.0711.7 of this ordinance. 170.07.].1.7 Certification ~70.0711.71 Certain land use decisions which directly affect the use of land ~.dthin the Scenic River Land Use District and involve any of the following actions must be certified by the conmmissioner as specified in Section 170.0711.72. (1) Adopting or amending an ordinance regulating the use of !and including rezoning of particular tracts of the l~d. (2) Granting a variance from a provision of this ordinance which relates to the zoning dimension provision of Section ~70.077.6 of this ordinance s_nd any other zoning dimension provisions established in the ~anagement P~an for the Ru~ River. (3) Approving a plat which is inconsistent with the local ~and use ordinance. (4) Granting a conditional use permit for a private or co~mercial recreational development. ~70.0711.72 Certification Process (1) A copy of all notices of any public hearings, or where a public hearing is not required, a copy of the appli- cation toconsider zoning amendmen'ts, variances, or in- consistent plats under local ordinance shall be sent so as to be received by the co_~Hssioner at least thirty (30) ~ays prior to such hearings or meetings to consider such actions. The notice of application shall incl~e a copy of the proposed ordins~nces or amendment, or a copy of the proposed inconsistent plat, or a description of the requested variance, or a copy of the conditional use permit application, where applicable. (2) Ramsey shall notify the co~issioner of its final decision on the proposed action within ten (10) days of the decision.
