(For example - <br />units renting for $149 or less, 1970 census.) <br /> <br />EXPLANATION <br />FOR THE <br />CHANGE <br /> <br />The proposed changes a~low ~se of more current data on low- and <br />mod~ate-income affordable housing. In the absence of current, <br />uniform rental ro~ information, censu~ data is the only uniform <br />a~e~native. 1980 census rent data witl be used when it is <br />available.
