However, our City ordinances and policies do <br />dictate this btureaucrate paperwork. The reason I raise this <br />point is people indicate they are unhappy with it and it is <br />an added cost which comes to the individual in an abstract way. <br />This also creates a direct cost to the City and an abstract <br />one. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action onthis will be to approve/dis- <br />approve/amend the contents of the site and agreements.
