TO: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> Building Official <br /> <br />Site Plan for Ralph's Cotmtry Meats <br /> <br /> October 6, 1980 <br /> <br />I have reviewed the revised site plan for Ralph's Country Meats and find <br />the Following: <br /> <br /> 1) The plan does not indicate a 15-foot drainage and <br />utility easement in conjunction with and addition to the 60 foot right- <br />of-way as the County Engineer's office indicated would be required in <br />'the future. <br /> <br /> 2). A State Fire Marshal's approved plan of the proposed <br />gasoline pump location has not been submitted. <br /> <br /> 3) The plan still indicates two driveways entering the <br />property from a thoroughfare street with no indication as to whether or <br />not they are temporary or permanent. <br /> <br /> 4) Soils and perk teSts, indcating the feasibility of <br />development of the site have not been submitted. <br /> <br />the plans. <br /> <br />5) A fire lane, as required by the City is not indicated on <br /> <br /> 6) No drainage plans for the site and/or the area have been <br />submitted. Although this was not previously requested it should be con- <br />sidered. <br /> <br />The above are items yet to be corrected on the site plan. <br /> <br />Only the very obvious was noted on the building plans as they were not <br />signed by an architect or engineer.
