RESOLUTION #80- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF RAMSEY AND RALPH NISSEN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Staff has been directed by the Council to <br />prepare an agreement with Mr. Ralph Nissen regarding %he development of a <br />parcel of ].and located on part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Staff presented said agreement to the Council <br />at its October 14, 1980 meeting. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, as follgws~ <br /> <br /> To adopt and authorize the Mayor {o~cute that certain <br />document entitled "Agreement" presented to the ~uncil by City Staff as <br />found in the Council's October 14, 1980 agenda/beingbetween the City <br />of Ramsey and ~lr.
