CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE <br />WITH DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS <br />ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />This 7~greement entered into this day of October, 1980, between Ralph <br />Nissen hereinafter referred to as "Applicant" and the City of Ramsey here- <br />inafter referred to as "City" as per the following: <br /> <br />INTENT AND PURPOSE <br /> <br />To assure that the conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey <br />for all cormmercial and industrial developments, approved by the City of <br />Ramsey, are understood between the Applicant and the City of Ramsey, and <br />that the Applicant complies with said conditions fully and within the time <br />frames established by this agreement. This agreement acknowledges that the <br />Applicant has made proper application for the approval granted by the agree- <br />ment and has met all other application conditions established by the Planning <br />Commission and the City Council in concluding formal approval of Applicant's <br />application. <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY <br /> <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, MRnnesota lying Northerly of the <br />Burlington N6rthern, Inc. Railroad right-of-way. <br /> <br />General Location - Property Address: 14550 Armstrong Blvd. N.W. <br /> Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />Zoning of Property and approved use: I-I/Industrial <br /> <br />CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> 1) The Applicant shall submit to the City of Ramsey eleven <br />(11) copies of the final site plan which conform to all City of Ramsey con- <br />ditions of approval - one copy to be stamped approved by the City of Ramsey <br />and returned to the Applicant. <br /> <br /> 2) Applicant shall complete his building or facility no later <br />than August, 1981, and all landscaping smd other site work as per the stamped <br />approved final site plan no later thsmAugust 1, 1981, and post a bond to <br />cover two (2) full growing seasons for the landscaping, as described below. <br /> <br /> 3) Applicant shall deposit with the City of Ramsey, a cashier's <br />check, irrevocable letter of credit, performance bond, or other suitable <br />security acceptable to the City of Ramsey in the amount of 150 percent (150%) <br /> <br /> <br />
