AGREEN~NT TO PLAT <br /> <br />This agreement is by and between Gilbert A. Menkveld and Norman D. Holm <br />hereinafter referred to as "Developer" and the City of Ramsey, Anoka County <br />Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as "City". <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the developer is the fee title owner of the following <br />described tract of land in the City of Ramsey to wit: <br /> <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, lying <br />Northerly of the Burlington Northern, Inc., railroad <br />right-of-way <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />II <br /> <br /> WH~, Ralph Nissen has applied to the City for a building <br />permit and site plan approval to construct an improvement on a part of said <br />tract above described, and <br /> <br /> III <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the CitY has certain subdivision controls and standards <br />as found in its subdivision code, Chapter 170.03; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ralph Nissen desires to purchase from the developer <br />a parcel of land as shown on that certain drawing presented to the City en- <br />titled "site plan" dated August 15, 1980, and drafted by Volp Construction <br />Company, drawing no. 1637 in order to construct his improvement; and <br /> <br />V <br /> <br /> WHE~, Ralph Nissen desires to commence construction on his <br />improvement prior to the completion of the required platting process. <br /> <br />NOW TH]EREFORE, IT IS AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES HERETO AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Developer will proceed forthwith to plat the en- <br />tire tract of property described in Paragraph I above and complete said <br />platting on or before }iarch 1, 1981. <br /> <br /> <br />
