RESOLUTION #80- <br /> <br />P~SOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF RAMSEY AND GILBERT <br />MENKVELDAND NORMAN D. HOLM <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Staff has been directed by the City Cotuncil <br />to prepare an agreement with M~r. Gilbert A. Menkveld and Norman D. Holm <br />regarding the development of a parcel of land located within the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Staff presented said agreement to the Council at its <br />October 14, 1980, meeting. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, as follows:. <br /> <br /> · o a2op~ an2 authorize the. M~e~ ~o execute that certain <br />"Agreement to Plat" document presented to/the Comncil by Staff as found <br />in 'the Council's October 14, 1980 agenda/between the City of Ramsey, <br />Gilbert A. Menkveld and Norman D. Holm and relating to the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25. <br /> <br /> <br />
