and a frontage road constructed. At such development time, the Southerly <br />access above described shall be designated for ingress oniy. The purpose <br />of this restriction is to eliminate to the extent possible stacking in <br />the south bo~und lane of Armstrong Blvd. <br /> <br /> 7) Application to the City's Board of Adjustment for approval <br />of (l) the two accesses onto Armstrong Blvd., a thoroughfare street, and <br />(2) the gas pump location (closer than 50 feet to the right-of-way) shall <br />be required. Failure to obtain said variances shall require City approval <br />of a revised site plan reflecting the Board of Adjustment's'action. <br /> <br /> 8) The required building permit shall be issued for the en- <br />tire tract as described in LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY herein. It is <br />agreed by the Applicant that he will assist and cooperate in all respects <br />in assuring that the entire parcel described herein is platted, with his <br />specific parcel, as shown on the August 15, 1980, site plan then being one <br />of the lots of the plat.
