2MCAR 1.18901 - Flood Proofing Regulations. This section has been relocated <br />from 2MCAR 1o10110 in the previous code and amended. The administrative <br />sections are retained as appendix items. <br /> <br />F.P.R. Sec. 204.6 - The Board of Appeals section has been deleted and <br />referance made to U.B.C. Sec. 204. <br /> <br />F.P.R. Sec. 205.3 No. 2 - An exception has been added that provides for <br />preparation of plans for Group M DiVision I Occupancies by other than <br />registered professionals. <br /> <br />F.P.A. Sec. 209.3 - Is amended to change "for human occupancy" to "as <br />habitable space". <br /> <br />F.P.R. Sec. 301.2.9 - Definition of habitable space has been amended to <br />conform to that in the U.B.C. <br /> <br />F.P.R. Sec. 1101.3.2 - Has been amended changing the classification of food <br />products from Class X to Class I. <br /> <br />F.P.R.
