CASE it4: <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action on this is not necessary but we <br />should note in the minutes that you are aware of direction <br />that the County Assessor's office has given our assessor which <br />they are requesting that a 7% hike be made in valuations. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR THE MOX'S IN REGARDS TO T~IEIR VARIANCE <br /> <br />FROM THE CITY SUBDIVISION CODE: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-i) contains the following documents for Council <br />review and approval: <br /> <br />Proposed agreement between the Mox's and the City of Ramsey - <br />Council should review this agreement and see if it covers <br />the area that they wanted covered with it. <br /> <br />2) Resolution authorizing Council to enact the agreement - <br /> This proposed resolution gives the City the authority to <br /> execute the above agreement. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove or <br />amend it. If you approve or amend the above Council will have <br />to adopt the proposed resolution. It should be noted that the <br />agreement will be filed at the Court House Register of Deeds <br />Office. Reason - so that there is a good historical record <br />on this case. <br /> <br />LANDFILL: <br /> <br />The following is submitted on this case for your review and <br />.comments/action: <br /> <br />a) Enclosure (D2, j) contains-a letter,from Governor.Quie on- <br /> this issue. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-k) contains Mr. Tom Clark, Chief of Enforce- <br />ment Section Solid Waste Division report dated September 23, <br />1980, on the Ramsey Landfill. We should check to see if <br />the City's involvement is correct in paragraph 1 of the <br />report in regards to who authorized the platting of land <br />(Township or County). <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-1) contains Ingrid Ritchie, Research Scientist, <br />Section of Health Risk Assessment, State of Minnesota Health <br />Department, report dated September 29, 1980 on the Ramsey <br />Landfill. <br /> <br />d) Enclosure (D2-m) contains the following documents: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />Letter from Tom Clark of PCA dated September 26, 1980 <br />to Mr. Don 0etter of Waste l~anagement regarding EMCON <br />Report dated Septembe 12, 1980. <br /> <br />2) EMCON Report dated September 12, 1980, regarding <br /> methane gas control at Ramsey Landfill. <br /> <br /> <br />
