August 18, ~004 <br /> <br />Ramsey Board of A~ustment <br /> <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br /> <br />This letter is in regard to the variance requested by Michael Mettler for a permit to build <br />a s~rucmre on his property located at 15315 Sunfish Lake Blvd. <br /> <br />We live next door on the north side of Met-tter's propert7. We feel that a building that <br />large, especially located in front of the house would not be consistent with the rest of the <br />neighborhood. Right now that property is lined with trees and not readily visible from. <br />the street, but if the trees were not there, and there is no guarantee that they will live <br />£orever, we believe the structure would negatively affect our property value and his as <br />well. As it is now, there are more than ten cars parked in the front yard and we do not <br />believe that the garage is being built to house those cars and will just contribute to more <br />cars on the premises. Adding on to the existing garage to make it a three-car garage is <br />not a probtem, but a structure that is located in front of the house and is as large or larger <br />than the house itself, we feel would be an eyesore and look more like commercial <br />property than residential. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Don and Bemiece C~da <br />15325 Sunfish Lk.
