9. That the Applicant is proposing to construct a 5,500 square foot pole building (50' x 110'), <br /> which would result in an overage of 5,546 square feet of accessory, building space. <br /> <br />10. That the Applicant has stated that the pole building would be used for agricultural purposes <br /> only, to store machinery, grain, and hay and will not be used to facilitate a business. <br /> <br />11. That the proposed building would exceed all applicable setback requirements for the Subject <br /> Property. <br /> <br />12. That the exterior finish of the building would consist of metal panels that are color <br /> compatible with the home. <br /> <br />13. That the proposed structure will not exceed twenty-two (22) feet in height as measured at the <br /> mean gable roof height. <br /> <br />14. That the construction of the detached accessory building will need to comply with all <br /> applicable International Building Codes but will not require a building permit, as agricultural <br /> buildings are exempt fi-om the building permit and inspection requirements. <br /> <br />15. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />16. That the proposed use will not 'be unduiy dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br /> residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />17. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market <br /> value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />18. That the proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring <br /> uses, <br /> <br />19. '['hat thc proposed use will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as <br /> highways and streets. <br /> <br />20. That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br /> public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br /> community. <br /> <br />21.
