The trails and/or sidewalks are transportation/safety improvements <br />related to 'the roadway and are therefore not park related expenses. -,amy trial and/or <br />sidewalk constructed tn lieu of a roadway sidewalk will also not result in a park related <br />expense. <br /> <br />Lighting on roadways along.the exterior of the parks are a transportation related expense <br />and will be installed at the same time as the adjacent park. <br /> <br />All park site furnishings will include a concrete pad. <br /> <br />The Developer shall continue to provide copies of detailed constrttction documents to <br />City Staff as the benchmark to define qualityl character and location of park <br />improvements. The City shall review, critique and approve Developer's proposec~ <br />an'lenities and other features for all public parks as plans and specification are provided <br />by Developer and no construction shall conm~.ence without written City approval. <br /> <br />The Developer shall provide the City copies of construction cost estimates, bid <br />taDulations, schedules and other information related to. construction of final park <br />improvememts pt-ior to Developer awarding any const~-uction contract. <br /> <br />-347- <br /> <br /> <br />
