PENALTY <br /> <br />9.16.08 Penalty. Any person violating any provision of this Section is guilty of a <br />misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine or imprisonment or both. <br /> <br />Section 4 SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance 04-35, which has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 9.16 entitled Personal Use Heliports shall be added to City Code.
