ORDINANCE NO. 04-3S CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER. AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 9.16 ENTITLED "PERSONAL USE H£LI- PORTS". Tbe City of Ramsey hereby ordains as follows: Section 1 The followin9 is the official summary of Ordinance 04-35, which has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance. Section 9.16 entitlbd Personal Use Heliports shalJ be added to City Code. Said Section allows for the City to require the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit for all personal use heliports. Provisions are included for exceptions to the requirement for a conditional use permit Section 2 EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and pub- lication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
