10. <br /> <br />That no vegetation would need to be removed to facilitate the construction of the proposed <br />addition. <br /> <br />11. That no earthwork, other than the holes cut through cement slab to support the footings, <br /> will be necessary to facilitate the construction of the addition. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />That there is a decrease in elevation from the Applicant's home to the lake, and there is <br />significant vegetation along the bank of the lake, 'that does provide some screening of the <br />house t'rom the lake. <br /> <br />13. That the Rogers Lake setback requirement imposes a hardship on the Subject Property that <br /> is not applicable to other lands in the same district. <br /> <br />14. That, if granted, the Variance will/will not .impair an adequate supply o~' light and air to <br /> adjacent property. -. <br /> <br />15. That, if granted, the 'variance will/will not have the effect of allowing a use that is <br /> prohibited in the applicable zoning district. <br /> <br />l 6. That, if granted, the variance will/will not increase the. congestion on the public street. <br /> <br />1.7. That, if granted, the variance will/will not adversely impact the degree of public health, <br /> safety and general welfare provided for in the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />18. That, if granted, the variance will/will not diminish established property values within the <br /> neighborhood. <br /> <br />19. That, if granted, the variance requested is/is not the minimum variance necessary to <br /> accomplish the intended purpose of the Applicant. <br /> <br />20. That the unique circumstances on the Subject Property do/do not result from the actions of <br /> the Applicant. <br /> <br />21.
