Pierce on <br />12-21-61 and recorded 12-22-61 in book 543, page 571; thence south and parallel with <br />said east line of section 1 to said' center line of public road; thence north 82 ½ degrees <br />east, along said center line to the place of beginning. <br /> <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on September <br />16, 2004, purs. uant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOBL4 COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That based on Findings of Fact # , a variance to construct a three-season porch within the <br />setback from the Ordinary High Water mark of Rogers Lake on the Subject Property is <br />hereby granted. <br /> <br />2. That the three-season porch addition constructed on the Subject Property shall maintain a <br /> minimum setback of one hundred fifteen (115) feet from the Ordinary High Water mark. <br /> <br />3. That the exterior finish of the proposed addition shall match that of the principal structure, <br /> including soffit, fascia, and eave overhang. <br /> <br />4. That the Permittee shall be responsible for alt costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br /> this variance. <br /> <br />5.
