4) Ordinances <br /> <br />Councihnember Kurak indicated she received a phone call inquiring about the cat and dog <br />ordinance. She discussed this with Community Development Director Frolik who informed her <br />that for some reason, when the ordinance was redone cats were left out of it. She may look into <br />adding cats back into the ordinance so the issue can be enforced if there are multiple complaints <br />about a particular animal. <br /> <br />Cotmci hnember Kurak inquired about the status of the No Wake Ordinance. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec replied Community Development Director Frolik is working on the ordinance and <br />cooi'dinating with the county and the city of Andover, which has a small section that will need to <br />be changed. The city of Anoka has no wake all the way up to Ramsey's border.
