NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 13, 2004, at 7:00 p.m. at Ramsey Fire Station //1, 150.50 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. The purpose of the hearing is to con- sider approving amendments to the Capital Improvement Plan and authoriz- lng the issuance of General Obligation Capital Improvement Refunding Bonds. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed amendment and bond issuance. The City of Ramsey complies with tile Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any person witi] such a request should con- tact the City at 763-427-1410 by noon on Tuesday, September 7, 2004. There is a TDD machine at Ramsey Municipal Center: the number is 763-427-8591. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, MN 55303.
