8. Street Light Fee. The PERMITTEE is responsible for installation of street lights <br /> wthin the Plat. PERMITTEE will be responsible for the installation of five (5) <br /> street lights. The PERMITTEE shall work directly with Connexus Energy for <br /> street light installation and payment for the street lights. <br /> 9. Street Light Operation and Maintenance Fee. The PERMITTEE is responsible for <br /> a Street Light Operation and Maintenance Fee of$294 per light. PERMITTEE <br /> must pay a Street Light Operation and Maintenance Fee of Five Hundred Eighty <br /> Eight Dollars and No Cents ($294 x 5 lights = $1,470.00).The PERMITTEE <br /> acknowledges that these fees are estimates. The rate in effect when the Plat is <br /> recorded will be collected. <br /> 10. Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization (LRRWMO) Infiltration <br /> Payment in Lieu of Construction. The LRRWMO requires that the project infiltrate <br /> the first one (1) inch of rainfall in order to reduce runoff entering the stormwater <br /> system. However, the project is located within a ten (10) year capture zone for a <br /> public water supply well that does not allow infiltration. The project must <br /> contribute to a regional system. The amount shall be approved by the LRRWMO. <br /> 14 <br />
