Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #17-04-090 <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> APPROVAL OF VISTAS AT NORTH COMMONS <br /> WHEREAS, Morning Sun Homes, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", properly applied to <br /> the City of Ramsey (the "City") for Preliminary Plat Approval on the property legally described as <br /> follows: <br /> Outlot A, Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br /> (the "Subject Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on October 6, 2016; and; <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Sketch Plan on October 25, 2016; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Environmental Policy Board reviewed the Landscape Plan on December 19, <br /> 2016; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission Reviewed the Preliminary Plat on January 5, 2017 and <br /> conducted a Public Hearing on said Preliminary Plat; and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 6, 2016, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public <br /> hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat; and <br /> WHEREAS, on January 24, 2017, the Ramsey City Council approved the preliminary plat. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Vistas at North Commons in <br /> accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon final approval of construction plans by the <br /> City Engineer. The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to sign the final plat on behalf of the <br /> City. <br /> 2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval to the Development Agreement for Vistas at <br /> North Commons, contingent upon final approval as to legal form by the City Attorney. The Mayor <br /> and City Administrator are authorized to sign the development agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, and <br /> upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />
