Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #17-04-090 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT APPROVAL OF VISTAS AT NORTH COMMONS WHEREAS, Morning Sun Homes, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for Preliminary Plat Approval on the property legally described as follows: Outlot A, Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota; and (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on October 6, 2016; and; WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Sketch Plan on October 25, 2016; and WHEREAS, the Environmental Policy Board reviewed the Landscape Plan on December 19, 2016; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission Reviewed the Preliminary Plat on January 5, 2017 and conducted a Public Hearing on said Preliminary Plat; and WHEREAS, on October 6, 2016, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat; and WHEREAS, on January 24, 2017, the Ramsey City Council approved the preliminary plat. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Vistas at North Commons in accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon final approval of construction plans by the City Engineer. The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to sign the final plat on behalf of the City. 2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval to the Development Agreement for Vistas at North Commons, contingent upon final approval as to legal form by the City Attorney. The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to sign the development agreement on behalf of the City. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
