Staff would like to forward these documents back to the City Council on 04/25/2017. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> Please see attached background document. <br /> CASE TRACKING <br /> This case was brought to the EDA in September of 2016, December of 2016, February of 2017, and March of 2017. <br /> This case was brought to the Council in January of 2017. Attached are minutes. <br /> PROCESS <br /> Please see attached process document.
