Cash, Land, and Park Improvements. The Plat is located in the Sunfish Lake Recreation <br /> District. Park dedication requirements shall be satisfied by a cash payment in the amount of <br /> One Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars and no cents ($162,800.00) (74 x <br /> $2,200). This payment shall be made to the City prior to the release of the Final Plat for <br /> recording. <br /> <br /> SECTION.V <br />TRANSPORTATION AND LANDSCAPING <br /> <br />[7. Tree and Sod Planting Plan. Sodded boulevards, in addition to the planting of trees and' <br /> landscaping as shown m the Landscaping Plan prepared by Loucks Associates dated March <br /> 24, 2002, are a requirement for each lot in the Plat prior to issuance of a Certificate of <br /> Occupar~cy. The DEVELOPER is required to submit a Plan for CITY approval that <br /> identifies existing tree growth within the Plat that will be protected during construction, and <br /> identifies the location and species of the new plantings. The trees to be protected m~,~st be <br /> identi~'ied o[~ ~he grading plan, and the plan must require the installation of ~tree save fences' <br /> p~ioi' Ilo land clearing or grading.
