"First Amendment" means the First <br />Amendment to Master Development A~m'eement by and between the City <br />and the Developer dated as 'of .2004. <br /> <br />Section 2.1(hkh) is hereby added to the Master. The City is'contemplating constructing two <br />parking ramps. The second constructed will be refen'ed to herein as the <br />"Phase II Parking Ramp." The City cun'ently estimates that there ~vill be <br />approximately - parking spaces in the Phase I Parking Ramp and <br />the Phase II Parking Ramp, combined. The Phase II Parking Ramp ~vill be <br />located in the area depicted on Exhibit P attached hereto. <br /> <br />Section 2. l(jjj) is hereby added to the Master Development Agreement to read as follows: <br /> <br />(j j j) Residential Property. "Residential Property" means any property the <br />City deems in their sole and absolute discretion to be residential property. <br /> <br />Sec '~on 3.2(c) is hereby added to the Master Development Agreement to read as follows: <br /> <br />3.2 REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF THE <br /> <br />DEVELOPER.
