PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a special meeting on Wednesday, June 16, 2004, <br />at the Ramsey Fire Station #1, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Ralph Brauer <br />Commissioner David Jeffrey <br />Commissioner Robert Johnson <br />Commissioner Deborah Shepherd <br />Commissmner Gary Van Scoy <br />Commissioner Eric Watson <br /> <br />Chairperson Michael Nixt <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Associate Planner Megan Wald <br />Assistant Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Commissioner Johnson called the regular meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Brauer, seconded by Commissioner Watson, to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Johnson, Commissioners Brauer, Jeffrey, <br />Shepherd, Van Scoy and Watson. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Nixt. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS/COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Request for Site Plan Review; Case of Basalt Properties, LLC <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald advised that Basalt Properties, LLP submitted a site plan to develop an <br />office/warehouse buildings on a 3.32 acre parcel located at the intersection of Ebony Street and <br /> <br />Planning Commission/June 16, 2004 <br /> Page 1 of 15 <br /> <br /> <br />
