<br />This Special Use Permit is issued to Harbor Developer, Inc.,
<br />
<br />Minnesota corporation and its lessee Hardrives, Inc., a Minnesota
<br />
<br />corporation for the period commencing on September 11, 1969, to
<br />
<br />carry on upon the following described real estate situate in
<br />
<br />Ramsey Township, Anoka County, Minnesota, to wit:

<br />Ail that part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 and
<br />of Government Lot 2, Section 35, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka
<br />County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at a point
<br />on the East line of said Government Lot 2 distant 120 feet North
<br />from the Southeast corner of said Government Lot 2; thence
<br />Northerly along the East line of said Government Lot 2, said
<br />line having a bearing of North and South, for a distance of 1083
<br />feet to the center line of Creek; thence North 44 degrees, 58
<br />minutes, 20 seconds West a distance of 97.29 feet; thence North
<br />67 degrees, 56 minutes, 46 seconds West a distance of 138.64 feet;
<br />thence North 75 degrees, 56 minutes, 46 seconds West a distance
<br />of 216.92 feet; thence South 89 degrees, 39 minutes, 55 seconds
<br />West a distance of 180.17 feet; thence South 57 degrees, 56 minutes,
<br />35 seconds West a distance of 416.78 feet; thence South 70 degrees,
<br />54 minutes, 50 seconds West a distance of 283 feet, more or less,
<br />to its intersection with the Northerly shore line of the Mississippi
<br />River extended Southeasterly across said Creek centerline; thence
<br />Southeasterly along said Northerly shore line of said Mississippi
<br />River to its intersection with a line drawn parallel with and
<br />distant 120 feet North, as measured at right angles to the South
<br />line, from the South line of said Government Lot 2; thence Easterly
<br />~nd parallel with said South line to the point of commencement.

<br />Lot 31 extended Southerly to the centerline of Creek.
