At that time, you as town clerk <br />were directed to have this ordinance published in the <br />-township legal paper at the earliest possible date. <br /> <br />Your question to me was whether this publication can be made before <br />'the minutes of said October 19, 1970 meeting have been approved <br />at 'the next meeting of the Township Board of Supervisors. <br /> <br />It is my legal opinion that you may proceed with this publication now <br />before the minutes are formally approved at the next towhship meeting. <br /> <br />Very 'truly yours, <br /> <br />Charles R.
