October ~, 1970 <br /> <br />l~eeting called to order by chairman, Cl~de Russell at 8100 pm. <br />L~lembers presen~ - Gary Rieman, Bill Springer, Allen Sorteberg,jim Brizil, <br />~].1 Pittman. <br /> <br />!~nutes of the last meeting were read and approved. <br /> <br />Lot plans for ShawmAeres, ~[ Car-son Homes Inc. and Ronald West£hal p~at <br />plans were viewed by the Zoning Board. <br /> <br />Reqaests for inspection of roads were received from George P. Smith,Martin <br />Gonham, GilbertMenk~eld, Ronald~estphal and August Peltzer. <br />Wednesday at 5~45 pm., ~ctober ?th 1970, was time set for inspection. <br /> <br />Revised Ramsey Township Zoning plan and building code amendments thmA <br />1970 and old existing ordinances were presented for study. <br /> <br />Ralph W~]]iams appeared before the Committee in regards to his road in <br />Spruce Haven Es'bates.
