The <br />attendant or caretaker shall be <br />answerable, with the owner or op- <br />erator, for the violation of any pro- <br />¥islon of this ordinance to which <br />the owner or operator is subject, <br /> <br /> Section 9. <br /> <br /> REVOCATION OF PERMI~ <br /> <br /> The Town Board shall have the <br />ower to revoke any Mobile Home <br />ark special use permit of any per- <br />son who fails to conform to the <br />requirements of this Ordinance or <br />any other applicable ordinance, <br />state law of Minnesota Department <br />of Health Regulation. As a pre- <br />requisite to revocation, the Town <br />Board shall hold a public hearing <br />st which said person may be heard. <br />Said person shall be given ten (10) <br />days written notice specifying the. <br />time and place of saidheari~g and <br />a listing of alleged violations, <br /> <br /> Section 10. <br /> <br />SEPARABILITY OF PROVISIONS <br /> <br /> Should say section or provision <br />of this ordinance be declared in- <br />valid, such decision shah not af- <br />fect the validity of ther remaining <br />portions of this ordinance, <br /> <br /> Section 11, <br /> .pEI~ALT¥ <br /> <br /> a. Any person violating this ordi~ <br />hence shall be deemed to have <br />committed a misdemeanor and <br />uPOn conviction thereof, may .be <br />punished by a fine of not more <br />than $300.00 o/' by impriSOnment <br />of not more than ninety (90) days <br />or both. <br /> <br /> b.
