<br /> for Mobile Home Park purposes.

<br /> conveniences.
<br />

<br />

<br /> paper of the ToWnshiP at least once.

<br /> be serviced by a municipal sewage
<br /> disposal system. 'NO pern~itS will
<br /> be issued- until municipal ;sewage
<br /> service is available.

<br /> or television antennas, except
<br /> a community-type antenna for, the
<br /> use of ali park residents. ·

<br /> w., Overflow parking (other than
<br /> on-lot parking) shall be provided
<br /> throughout the mobile home Park.

<br /> taln one or more enclosed facility
<br /> building with space devoted to of-
<br /> rices, storm shelter (basement),
<br /> laundry, sanitary and recreational
<br /> facilities. The building shall be so
<br /> ~lesigned so as to provide at least
<br /> twelve (12) sq. feet of SPace per
<br /> mobile home lot, but in'no Case
<br /> shall the building be less ]hen ~,5O0
<br /> sq. feet.
