Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#17-04-095 <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR STATION 2ND ADDTION <br /> WHEREAS,D.R. Horton,hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for <br /> final plat approval of STATION 2ND ADDITION on the following described property located in <br /> the City of Ramsey: <br /> Outlots A,B,C,D,and E STATION,according to the recorded plat thereof,Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota <br /> (the"Subject Property") <br /> WHEREAS, on April 26, 2005, the City Council reviewed and approved the preliminary <br /> plat and site plan of the Subject Property subject to certain conditions; and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 31, 2005, the City Council approved the final plat and site plan for <br /> the Subject Property, subject to certain conditions; and <br /> WHEREAS, on November 14, 2006, the City Council granted an extension to record the <br /> final plat until May 31, 2008; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 4, 2007 the Applicant submitted an application for revised <br /> preliminary plat and site plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 11, 2007 the Planning Commission held a public hearing and <br /> recommended approval of the revised preliminary plat and site plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 24, 2007, the City Council approved a revised preliminary plat and <br /> site plan subject to certain conditions; and <br /> WHEREAS, on February 8,2008 the Applicant submitted an application for revised final <br /> plat and site plan review for the Subject Property and changed the name of the project; and <br /> WHEREAS, at the Applicant's request, the revised final plat and final site plan review <br /> before the City Council was postponed until further notice; and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 19, 2008,the Applicant requested that the revised final plat and final <br /> site plan be submitted to City Council for review and approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 24, 2008, the City Council approved the revised final plat and site <br /> plan for the Subject Property; and <br />
