Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION#17-04-095 A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR STATION 2ND ADDTION WHEREAS,D.R. Horton,hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for final plat approval of STATION 2ND ADDITION on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlots A,B,C,D,and E STATION,according to the recorded plat thereof,Anoka County, Minnesota (the"Subject Property") WHEREAS, on April 26, 2005, the City Council reviewed and approved the preliminary plat and site plan of the Subject Property subject to certain conditions; and WHEREAS, on May 31, 2005, the City Council approved the final plat and site plan for the Subject Property, subject to certain conditions; and WHEREAS, on November 14, 2006, the City Council granted an extension to record the final plat until May 31, 2008; and WHEREAS, on June 4, 2007 the Applicant submitted an application for revised preliminary plat and site plan; and WHEREAS, on July 11, 2007 the Planning Commission held a public hearing and recommended approval of the revised preliminary plat and site plan; and WHEREAS, on July 24, 2007, the City Council approved a revised preliminary plat and site plan subject to certain conditions; and WHEREAS, on February 8,2008 the Applicant submitted an application for revised final plat and site plan review for the Subject Property and changed the name of the project; and WHEREAS, at the Applicant's request, the revised final plat and final site plan review before the City Council was postponed until further notice; and WHEREAS, on May 19, 2008,the Applicant requested that the revised final plat and final site plan be submitted to City Council for review and approval; and WHEREAS, on June 24, 2008, the City Council approved the revised final plat and site plan for the Subject Property; and
