WHEREAS, on July 14, 2009, the City Council granted an extension to record the final <br /> plat until July 14, 2010; and <br /> WHEREAS, the final plat approved on June 24, 2008 was not recorded by the extension <br /> date of July 14, 2010; and <br /> WHEREAS, on March 23, 2016,the Applicant submitted a second revised application for <br /> the Plat, and changed the name of the project to STATION; and <br /> WHEREAS, on April 7, 2016, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and tabled <br /> the second revised preliminary plat for further information; and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 5, 2016, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br /> proposed preliminary plat on the condition that the Applicant revise the preliminary plat so that <br /> the density did not exceed fifteen units per acre. <br /> WHEREAS, on May 24,2016,the City Council approved the preliminary plat as proposed <br /> by the Applicant, citing definition of Net Density as defined by the Metropolitan Council, <br /> indicating that the proposed plat was less than fifteen (15)units per acre; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 3,2016,the Applicant applied for Final Plat Approval of STATION; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 28, 2016, the City Council approved the Final Plat of Station; and <br /> WHEREAS, on April 3, the Applicant applied for Final Plat approval of Station 2nd <br /> Addition. <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council reviewed the Final Plat of Station 2nd Addition on April 25, <br /> 2017. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to STATION 2ND <br /> ADDITION subject to the following conditions: <br /> a) The Applicant shall pay all applicable development fees prior to releasing the Plat for <br /> recording. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> RESOLUTION#17-04-095 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
