Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #17-04-100 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #17-09, BUNKER LAKE BOULEVARD UTILITIES <br /> EXTENSION <br /> WHEREAS, when Bunker Lake Boulevard was extended west of Armstrong Boulevard <br /> in 2006, public utilities (sanitary sewer and watermain) were constructed to a point <br /> approximately 2,650 feet west of Bunker Lake Boulevard; and <br /> WHEREAS,public utilities were not constructed under the remaining 1,400 feet or so of <br /> Bunker Lake Boulevard, east of its intersection with Puma Street; and <br /> WHEREAS, a large residential development proposal west of Puma Street that will <br /> require public utilities to serve the development is currently under review by the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the developer proposes to complete construction of numerous residential <br /> properties in the fall of 2017; and <br /> WHEREAS, the existing public utilities under Bunker Lake Boulevard will need to be <br /> extended through the intersection of Bunker Lake Boulevard and Puma Street to serve the <br /> residential properties within the proposed development; and <br /> WHEREAS, extending the public utilities will also allow for development of all other <br /> parcels abutting the west end of Bunker Lake Boulevard, as well as along Puma Street to Alpine <br /> Drive, which are all located within the Future Business Park area. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement, and the <br /> engineer is ordered to prepare plans and specifications for the making of such <br /> improvements. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Resolution #17-04-100 <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
