Absent: Board Members Johnson and Shepherd. <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Request for a Variance to Allow Multiple Buildings on One Lot in the TC-2 <br />Commercial Zoning District; Case of Ramdanee <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Trudgeon explained Ramdance LLC is proposing to <br />develop Outlot I of Ramsey Town Center. The Planning Commission and City Council <br />reviewed the site plans for ~nost of the buildings contained on Lot 1 and have approved the <br />prelimi nary site plans contingent on Ramdance receiving this variance to allow multiple <br />buildings on one lot. Additionally, the preliminary site plan approvals were contingent on the <br />applicant receiving a variance to the Floor Area Requirement in the TC-2 Commercial Zoning <br />District. The sketch plan for the development of this phase of the development was approved by <br />the Planning Commission on May 6 and the City Council on May 1 l, 2004. The sketch plan <br />showed the layout under consideration. The Planning Commission approved the preliminary site <br />plans for three of thc buildings (grocery store, the 18,000 square foot retail building, and the <br /> <br />Board of Adjustment/August 5, 2004 <br /> Page 8 of 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
