The property is located at 15235 Zuni Street NW. There were no <br />comments at the public hearing. The Planning Commission reclnllinended that the Council <br />approve the request for a Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />Martin Mechtel, applicant, explained the building is for storage to keep their yard neat and <br />orderly. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, second by Counci1l1)ember Zimmennan, to adopt Resolution <br />#04-08-226 adopting Findings of Fact #0692 relating to Martin and Ruth Mechtel's request for a <br />Conditional Use Pennit to exceed the allotted square footage for accessory buildings. <br /> <br />Motion callied. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Zimmennan, Elvig, Kurak, <br />and Strommen. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Pearson. <br /> <br />Motion by C.ouncilmember Cook, second by Councilmember Kurak, to adopt Resolution #04- <br />08-227 to approve Martin and Ruth Mechtel's request to exceed the allotted square footage for <br />accessory buildings based on the findings of fact and declaring tenns of same. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Kurak, Elvig, Strommen, <br />and Zimmennan. Voting No: None.
