<br />ORDINANCE #04- <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS Kl'lO\VN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF Rt\MSEY, <br />MINNESOT A. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.25 (SHORELAND MANAGEMENT), SUB- <br />SECTION 9.25.04 (SHORELAND CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM AND LAND USE <br />DISTRICTS - SHORELAND MANAGEMENT) OF THE CITY CODE. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Sub-section 9.25.04, Subd. 1 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />9.25.04 - Shoreland Classification System and Land Use Districts - Shoreland <br />Management <br /> <br />SubeL 1 Shore1and Classification System. <br />The public waters of the City have been classified below consistent with the criteria found in <br />Minnesota Regulations, Part 6l20.3300, and the Protected Waters Inventory Map for Anoka <br />County. Minnesota. In order to guide the wise development and utilization of shorelands of <br />protected waters for the preservation of water quality, natural characteristics, economic values <br />and the general health, safety and welfare, certain protected waters in the City have been given a <br />shoreland management classification. <br /> <br />These protected waters of the City have been classiiIed by the Commissioner of Natural <br />Resuurces as follows: <br /> <br />Natural Environment Lakes <br />!J.
